How long does it take to set up uxspire?

You add the snippet to the <head> of your website once, directly or via Google Tag Manager or Tealium. After that you can send events and publish as many surveys, UX metrics and audience studies as you like, without adding more code.

Is uxspire GDPR-compliant?

uxspire is designed privacy-friendly and supports privacy signals like GPC and Do Not Track by default. A consent API, opt-out support and deletion functions for individual users are on board. Whether your specific use is GDPR-compliant additionally depends on your legal basis, consent implementation and a suitable data processing agreement (DPA).

Can I connect uxspire with other tools?

Integrations with tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Slack, Discord or Jira are already reflected in the plan limits, but not yet implemented as usable connections in the app. Today, the HTTP ingestion API and CSV exports for survey data are available to bring data into existing workflows.

What support do I get after purchasing?

All customers get access to support. The Enterprise plan additionally includes onboarding and training.
