K.02How we work

Real responsibility from day one.

Short paths, modern technology and the room to design solutions yourself.

01

Modern stack

TypeScript, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Azure and Terraform. The product is new, so you work on a current codebase.

02

Features end to end

You take a feature from the idea to the release. We agree on the goal, you decide on the way there.

03

Remote-first & flexible

Work where you are most productive. Async by default, flexible hours, 30 days of holiday. If you want, you work from the office in Leverkusen.

04

Fast cycles

We ship in small steps and see the effect right away. Your work reaches users within days.

05

Learning is built in

Conferences, courses and a fixed learning budget for everyone. The time for it is planned in.

06

Shaping the product

The team is small, so every decision has a direct effect on the product. We discuss your suggestions promptly and either build them or explain why not.
