Can I switch between plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade whenever you like. Changes take effect with your next billing cycle. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to all new features.
What happens if I exceed my monthly quota?
Once your plan's monthly quota is used up, new write actions are blocked server-side until the quota resets or you move to a higher plan. Your existing data stays fully preserved and accessible throughout.
Do the prices include all features?
Yes, every price shown includes all the listed features of the respective plan. There are no hidden costs or extra charges for individual features.
Can I export my survey data?
Yes, survey responses can be exported as CSV. That is useful for deeper analysis or for sharing with the team.
Are there custom terms for special requirements?
For specific needs, such as larger quotas, special contract terms or enterprise requirements, just get in touch directly. We'll find the right solution together.
