You win new enterprise customers for uxspire across Europe and build lasting relationships – as the driving force behind our growth with a privacy-first UX analytics and Voice-of-Customer platform.

Excited to bring uxspire to Europe's biggest product teams?

As an Enterprise Account Executive you own new-business acquisition in the enterprise segment – across Europe. You identify companies for which Voice of Customer and UX analytics are business-critical, build your own pipeline and drive deals from first contact to close. You understand the challenges of large product, research and digital teams, position uxspire as the privacy-compliant alternative to US tools and negotiate at decision-maker level. Short paths, real ownership, genuine impact – you work closely with Product, Marketing and the management team.

Your mission

  • You independently acquire new enterprise customers across Europe – from research and outreach through discovery and demo to closing the contract.

  • You build your pipeline proactively, spot needs early and prioritise the accounts with the greatest leverage.

  • You lead conversations and negotiations with decision-makers at director and C-level – across Europe and mostly in English.

  • You translate complex topics such as UX analytics, Voice of Customer and data protection into a clear, compelling business case.

  • You develop a go-to-market strategy for your target segments and execute it pragmatically and results-oriented.

  • You work closely with Product, Marketing and management, share market feedback and drive improvements.

  • You represent uxspire at trade shows, conferences and events across Europe.

What you bring

  • You have several years of proven success in new-business acquisition in B2B enterprise sales.

  • You sell and negotiate confidently in English – across Europe; additional languages are a plus.

  • Ideally you have experience selling SaaS or cloud software; software for user feedback, UX or analytics is a strong plus.

  • You master solution selling and convey complex value clearly and convincingly.

  • You spot needs on your own, take the initiative and drive improvements.

  • You take ownership of your area and work independently.

  • You turn concepts into pragmatic execution and deliver results rather than thinking in theoretical constructs.

  • You focus on impact and measurable added value.

  • You actively share knowledge, explain complex topics clearly and inspire customers and colleagues alike.
